*We define athlete as anyone who moves their body with purpose.
*10% of all classes, coaching and clinics will be set aside to provide free of charge MTB programming for girls across the region
Mobility & Flexibility
I aim to help you move in the most biomechanically efficient manner--maximizing muscle recruitment and minimizing risk of injury (NASM, 2022).
We will work together to maximize the normal extensibility of soft tissues that allow for full range of motion of your joints.
Stability & Strength
We will work together to help you learn to control and coordinate your body to help stabilize joints.
Together we will identify the best strength training for your YOUR goals.
