Gathering and Recreating Outdoors, girls learn to Give back, be Responsible and take Ownership!

 

During our time together, we will ride mountain bikes, hike, give back to our trails, and connect with a community partner!

 

This is our "flagship" adventure session--after school, 1 day per week for 6 weeks. These sessions are open to 8 Elementary girls + 2 Middle School Mentors/Junior Coaches

Outdoors + Adventures = CONFIDENCE!

Girls gain CONFIDENCE by learning to ride their mountain bikes at night!

We bring night-time mountain biking to girls in Vail, Tucson, and beyond!

 

Join us at Fantasy Island OR Vail Vortex 1 night per week for 4 weeks to ride under the stars.

 

The past two years, these sessions were a huge hit, and we can't wait to share this adventure with the girls again!

Strength + Stretch = STRONG on the bike! 

​

STRONG girl STRONG is designed to introduce girls AND an adult partner (mom, dad, brother? sister?) in 3rd - 8th grade to the components of a holistic approach to being a STRONG mountain biker!

 

Coach Jody and amazing volunteer coaches will guide the girls through FUN developmentally appropriate strength/core exercises, stretching routines, and at the end of our session, we celebrate with a shred together on trail!

 

Of course, we can't forget SNACKS and HYDRATION! 

 

We will meet 1x per week at the STOKE Patio.
