Cancellation Policy
For hands-on workshops, Core and Stability Classes, small group MTB Skills Clinics, and 1:1 MTB Skills Sessions, and GRO girl GRO Adventures, you may cancel up to 72 hours before the workshop/class/clinic or session begins and request to receive a full refund. If cancellation is made 12 - 72 hours, you will receive a credit to reschedule at a later date. Credit must be used within 90 days. Day of cancellations/those made within 12 hours will not be refunded or rescheduled.
