Northwest LADIES! Are you new to mountain biking or feeling a little overwhelmed? This clinic is for you! We'll cover everything from essential gear, checking tire pressure, chain lubrication, and the fundamental skills needed to ride your mountain bike with confidence.

We'll start with off-bike instruction to familiarize you with your bike, then transition to practical skills focusing on body, hand, and feet positions, braking techniques, and finally, hitting the trails!

BICP-Certified MTB Instructor and Coach Jody from Sonoran STOKE will lead a fun and informative session, teaching you about your bike and fundamental MTB skills.
